About us
The idea to transform the knowledge, skills and experience in the field of human resource development, particularly through training activities, came in the summer of 2009. The humanitarian background of consultants completed by their management training and personal experience in managerial positions provided the impetus for preparing the project of training and consulting agency EDUCON.
We used the knowledge from actually experienced periods, where the selection, recruitment, adaptation process of employees, analysis of their educational needs, development and subsequent training were an everyday reality, for the benefit of our clients. Although our target group were employees at different levels, from regular employees to managers on top positions, we have always taken into account the need of mixing as balanced „cocktail“ as possible, which would take into account both the needs of the company and the potentialities of the employees.
Since our inception we have prepared 350 specific educational and consultation activities based on the understanding of the client and their individuality. Behind us there have been more than 5,000 personal trainings, seminars, workshops and lectures. We have helped dozens of companies with audit and adjusting their HR processes. In projects we are engaged in activities of the private, public and third sector.
We have presented our activities in Slovakia, Austria, Great Britain, Estonia, the Czech Republic and Turkey. We participated in national projects, FP7 project and a project supported by the World Health Organization.
We are here for the clients to provide them complex solutions and to maximize the effect they are expecting.
